Sample report — no signup required

Your tests check your code. Nothing checks your users.

Below is a real UXSense report, reproduced unedited. It is the first report every account gets — a UX Health Audit of what is already broken, before you ship anything new. Every number in it was computed from session data. Nothing on this page was typed by an LLM.

About this report

UXSense reads real session recordings and turns them into a report: which journeys people actually attempted, where they stopped, and what to fix first. The report below is the one UXSense generated for Northrail, our own demo site — a train-booking app we run so there is always a public, shareable report to point at. It is a real report from real recorded sessions on that site, not a customer’s data and not a mockup.

Numbers are shown only where the report supplies them. Where it does not, the line is left out rather than filled with an estimate.

The report’s reading: people are getting past search and stopping before payment. It flags a dead click on the homepage and a navigation loop as friction consistent with that pattern — described as a possible interaction failure to investigate, not a diagnosed cause.

What it told the team to do
  • 1Design, first: watch the abandonment recordings on /passenger — the page where this group spent the longest before leaving.
  • 2Product: query the returning users who attempted booking across three or more separate sessions and never completed. If they exit at the same step each time, that step is the fix.
  • 3Engineering: reproduce the dead click and the navigation loop recorded on the homepage.
What this report is not

This is a baseline audit, so it has no before-and-after: it measures the site as it stands rather than the effect of a deploy. Release-over-release comparison starts with the next release you ship, and every report after this one is scored against it.

Without it, the booking problem above surfaces the way these problems usually surface — as a support ticket, or as a number in a monthly review, well after the sessions that produced it are gone.
